Lake Frederick Living

Your Guide to Lake Frederick Living

Wow, Team Ed, what a threesome!   I wanted to  downsize and sell my lovely  home in Lake Frederick.  Before putting it on the  market Ed and his team discussed the pros and cons  to be sure I felt it was the  right decision for me, no pressure.  Then they got busy, posted beautiful  photos on their website, held open houses, brought clients and sold my house in short order.  After determining what my requirements were or for a smaller, but comfortable home in the  area,  they set out to find just the right one.  Knowing the area as well as they do, Ed took me to see a house the very first day it was on the market, I made an offer and guess what, I got it.  I am very happy in my new home because of the effort the team made to find a place that was ideal for me.  Ed, Tiffany, and Tracie took me full circle and did so with smiles, kindnesses and caring, and we ended up friends as well.
